Product Return Procedures:
All product being returned (whether defective or otherwise) must have an approved Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) written clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Any product returned without this number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box will be refused at our dock. If product is received without an approved RA#, you will be notified and have 24 hours to respond or product will be disposed of and no credits will be issued. All returns should follow all the instruction emailed to you by our Returns Department. All RMA numbers will expire after 10 DAYS from the date we send the return instruction. Please call us once the RMA expires.
For all type of ELECTRONICS (printers, scanners, fax, monitors, cameras, projectors, hard drives and softwares) are NON-RETURNABLE items, if defective call the MANUFACTURER directly.
For defective COMPATIBLE Imaging Supplies (inks, toners, drums and etc.)
Please be aware that we typically have 90 days of the original invoice for you to return the items.
For defective OEM Imaging Supplies (inks, toners, drums and etc.)
All returns of OEM Products have time frame of 30 Days from invoice date, make sure to return all the original packaging.
For Non-defective OEM and Compatibles Imaging Supplies time frame only from receipt of product is 30 days, please make sure all items are sealed and in stockable condition.
For all shipping errors, please email email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of the product. If you receive a box that has obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If the carrier has left the premises, immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org . It’s important that you do not open the damaged box until after inspection by the carrier. If you open a delivery and then notice the product is damaged or missing, return all of the product and packaging to the box until after it is inspected.
